The replacement shall be processed within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods.





The replacement won't be accepted on the following conditions.




1. The damaged goods are not rejected direcly to the postman while inspection.


2. The goods are not shipped back within 7 calendar days after the return request is approved.


3. Missing goods, missing spare parts, missing manual or man-made damage


4. No receipt or counterfeit documents


5. Damage caused by inproper operation


6. Broken label,  broken serial number, broken waterpoof mark


7. The item not sold through online store channel
